*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank on instructions from Roushan Kumar, Chief Manager, Indian Overseas Bank submits that the outstanding dues are Rs.28,10,000/- and in case the petitioner pays the same within two days, respondent-Bank shall withdraw auction notice and release the title deed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, he shall deposit the entire amount within two days in terms of the statement of the learned counsel for respondent-Bank. 3.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to pay outstanding amount within two days. In the event of petitioner VANITA 2025.01.15 05:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment
CWP-272-2025 not making the payment of the afore-noted amount within two days, the respondent-Bank would be at liberty to proceed under the SARFAESI Act. 4.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
