(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to get release the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Harpreet Kaur from the illegal custody of respondents No. 4 to 7.

Vide order of even date, the connected matter i.e. CRWP-1542020 has been disposed of wherein the daughter of the petitioner namely, Harpreet Kaur has appeared and stated that she wanted to reside with her parents and hence, she was allowed to go with her parents. Keeping in view the above, no further order is required to be passed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
