SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 483 BNSS has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in FIR No.119 dated 25.08.2024 under Sections 18,29,61 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Lalru, District SAS Nagar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
