Mr. Anurag Goyal, Advocate, for respondent No.3. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order dated 09.11.2016 passed by the writ court has been complied with. He referred to Para 2 of the affidavit dated 29.11.2017. Same reads as under:- "2. That in compliance of orders of Hon'ble High Court, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and the revised PPO and GPO has been issued by the Department vide order dated 14.11.2017 and in this regard APR has been issued by the respondent No.2 on 17.11.2017 and moreover the payment has also been received by the petitioner. Copy of the order dated 14.11.2017 as well as copy of APR are annexed as Annexure R-1 and R-II respectively."
In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
