After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petitioner. However, he submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court and prays that the Trial Court be directed to decide his regular bail plea expeditiously. Allowed to do so.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
