Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the cost amount of `10,000/- has also been deposited vide receipt dated 23.02.2017 and demarcation has also been done.
In view of submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, necessary compliance of the order has been made and nothing survives and as such, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
