**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 30.09.2015 passed by this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to said order, he filed a representation on October 23, 2015. However, no order has been passed thereon till now. On the contrary, certain incentives granted to him, have been illegally withdrawn.
Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass a speaking order after considering the representation of the petitioner at the earliest in any case not later than 6 weeks. In case, needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this petition. In that case, this court shall also consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall not be less than Rs.50,000/-.
