***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to count the daily wage service rendered by him before regularization as qualifying service for the purpose of pensionary/retiral benefits .
Notice of motion.
On the asking of the court, Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He, at the outset, submits that representation, Annexure P-9, filed by the petitioner shall be examined and a speaking order shall be passed thereon within two months.
Petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid stand of the State counsel.
In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
