(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the orders dated 29.04.2016 and 03.06.2016 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to pay interest to the petitioner on the delayed compensation and to pay the balance compensation alongwith interest, if she is found entitled to the same as well as pass a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months. Reply has been filed. As per the reply, the amount due to the petitioner as well as towards interest has since been paid, details of which is mentioned in Annexure R-2, dated 22.02.2018.

In view of the same, contempt is dismissed.
