(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing the FIR No.81 dated 18.04.2017 registered under 379 IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab, on the basis of cancellation report dated 15.07.2017 (Annexure P-2). Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh, submits that cancellation report in this case has been prepared and the same would be filed in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Kharar, on or before 05.09.2022.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
