*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents and punishing them for not complying with the directions passed in order dated 23.03.2017 (Annexure P-2).

A perusal of order sheets reveals that on 23.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today again, despite being notified of the date fixed, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
