Learned State counsel submits that order passed by writ petition has been complied with. He has referred to paras 4 & 5 of the affidavit dated 21.12.2016 filed by G.S. Wasson, Chief Engineer, Ranjit Sagar Dam, Shahpurkandi Township, district Pathankot. According to him, pension has also been fixed vide order dated 09.02.2017.
Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.
In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.
