(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.558 dated 15.11.2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452, 325, 34 IPC at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehebad, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-03). Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 objects to the compromise and prays for dismissal of instant petition because petitioner No.4 had to withdraw her complaint under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC pending in Courts at Sardulgarh, Punjab, but has not withdrawn the same. In view of above, petition is dismissed.
