This petition is filed about the alleged violation of the order dated 11.09.2013 passed in CWP No.17296 of 2011. In the order dated 11.09.2013, this Court had observed that the writ petition does not survive except ensuring the compliance by the State in regard to issuance of a formal communication within a period of 10 days and to enforce the parking policy within 8 weeks. The petition was accordingly disposed of and was ordered to be listed only for the purpose of compliance. Thereafter, the petitioner filed one application bearing CM No.2688-CWP of 2014 in CWP No.17296 of 2011, which was disposed of on 21.03.2014, with the direction to the State of Haryana to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 24.09.2013 within a period of one

In reply filed by the respondent, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with inasmuch as the representation made by the petitioner, which was ordered to be decided within a period of one month, has been decided on 21.04.2014. In view thereof, I do not find any merit in the present petition and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
