ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Instant contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of order dated 24.10.2002 passed in RSA-463-2001. Vide order dated 08.09.2011, contempt petition was ordered to be heard with RSA-463-2001 filed by petitioner herein. Thereafter no one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time as the petition is pending for the past more than 19 years, petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the petitions. Vide separate order of even date, regular second appeal has also been dismissed in default for non-appearance of appellant.
