(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 08.12.2022 (Annexure P4) passed by respondent No.2 to the extent of imposing condition No.8 whereby Superintendent, District Jai has been directed to ensure that provision of Section 11(6) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022 is not violated while releasing the petitioner.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
