Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 31.05.2017 passed by this court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondents no. 3 & 4 to consider the representations dated 18.10.2014 (Annexure P-8) and 03.05.2016 (Annexure P-9) served upon them by the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order." Learned State counsel submits that in case no appeal is pending against the aforesaid order, it shall be complied forthwith, in any case not latter than one month.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
