Total amount of `1,94,291/- has been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some balance is also due, calculation thereof has been supplied to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that decision on the balance amount shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy, if any grouse subsists.
