The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for directing the lower Appellate Court to decide the appeal of the petitioner pending against the order of learned trial Court whereby interim injunction was granted in favour of the respondent. Although this Court is not inclined to issue any mandate but keeping in view the age of the petitioner, learned lower Appellate Court is requested to expedite the appeal and if convenient, dispose off the same on the date already fixed or within two months thereafter. Disposed off accordingly.
