**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members and further prayer for declaring her marriage voidable as it has been solemnized by her parents with respondent No.4 against her wishes. Besides this, prayer has also been made that in case, petitioner and her family members are required by the official respondents for investigation in any case, they be given adequate notice of at least two days.

Heard.

This Court is at a loss as to how the directions as sought for, can be issued and particularly with respect to the petitioner's marriage being declared voidable. However, the petitioner, if so, advised may avail of alternative remedies available to her under the provisions of law.
