(Oral) After hearing arguments of learned counsel for the parties, it appears that there is difference in amount of interest only. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of calculation to respondent No.2 within a period of ten days and respondent No.2 is directed to verify the same and take action. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is also entitled for re-fixation of the salary as the pay was fixed wrongly.

No direction can be issued as neither this claim was sought in the writ petition nor any direction was there. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with regard to recovery subsequently made, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. Disposed of accordingly.
