The widow-petitioner had filed the instant contempt petition alleging that despite concurrent decretal of her suit with regard to grant of family pension to her for the services rendered by her deceased husband in the Indian Army, the respondents had denied the special family pension to her.
Notice of motion was issued.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the necessary relief has since been granted to the widow and as such the instant contempt petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
