Petitioner alleges violation of order passed by the writ court on May 15, 2015, Annexure P-1. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Keeping in view the prayer made in the petition, without adverting to the merits of the case, at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, which is stated to be respondent No.1, to decide the legal notice, Annexure P-4, by passing a speaking order and if found admissible, release the consequential benefits, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Disposed of."

Mr. Sethi, learned State counsel, submits that in case, no appeal is pending against the order passed by the writ court, the aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later one month.
