It is claimed that although the respondents have released the amount of gratuity and arrears of pension,however, leave encashment and interest on delayed payment has not been released. It is seriously doubted whether claim for interest would be maintainable in the facts of the case. However for leave encashment the question cannot be gone into as it has not been specifically pleaded in the petition.

At this stage,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
