The same was decided noticing that identical representation was made to the ACP East Ludhiana, which was enquired into and decided. On the basis thereof, the representation of the petitioner was decided vide order dated 15.1.2016. For delay in compliance unconditional apology has been tendered.

While accepting the same, the petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail of his any other remedy, if still aggrieved.
