(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.82 dated 30.07.2017 under Sections 324, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women, Nuh, District Mewat. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 03.05.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunil, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits that the custody of the petitioner is no more required.

Criminal Misc. No. M-563 of 2019 -2Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 03.05.2019 is made absolute.
