(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has referred to order dated September 02, 2016 passed by the LPA Bench which reads as under:- "Having heard learned counsel for the parties, prima facie we are satisfied that the impugned policy runs contrary to the mandate of the Constitutional bench judgment in the "Secretary, State of Karnataka and others vs. Umadevi and others", (2006) 4SCC 1. Hence further regularization of services under the said policy shall remain stayed till the final decision. The regularization orders, if any passed earlier shall be subject to final outcome of the writ petition." He submits that he has instructions to give an assurance on behalf of the Board that the case of the petitioner shall be considered in light of the orders passed by the LPA Bench. Same shall be done after the decision is rendered.
