Pursuant to order dated July 19, 2017, Mr. Ashish Kumar, DGM (RS), Gurgaon is present in court. Mr. Kapoor submits that though revised panel was issued on 04.06.2013 but at that time order passed by this court granting status quo was not received in the office of Corporation. Besides, Corporation has already decided to reconsider the entire issue and pass a fresh order.
