(Oral) The present petition has been filed for a direction to the official respondents for taking legal action on representation dated 11.12.2020 (Annexure P3) and complaint dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P2). Learned counsel submits that despite complaint dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P2) given to the Incharge, Women Cell, Ludhiana, no steps have been taken by the police in the said regard. Learned counsel further submits that thereafter he made a representation dated 11.12.2020 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2. It has been submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the official respondents for taking a decision on the representation dated 11.12.2020(Annexure P3) submitted by the petitioner.
