(Oral) Counsel for the State, on instructions from Puran Chand, Sr. Assistant, has placed on record a Notification dated 31.03.2013 vide which the Northen India Flying Club is merged into Punjab Civil Aviation Council, Patiala.

Learned senior counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the lease had expired way-back in the year 2012 and even a writ petition filed by him i.e. CWP No.10382 of 2007, was withdrawn on 12.05.2023, in view of the said facts and the aircrafts were not released on account of dispute with regard to the ground rent with the State. Be whatsoever, as on today, there is no violation of the order.
