Learned State counsel submits that investigation was conducted pursuant to FIR registered on the complaint of Private Secretary to Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agriculture Products Marketing Board. It has been decided to submit a cancellation report before the competent court shortly, in any case not later than two weeks. Mr. Amar Vivek, Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that a speaking order dated 17.12.2016 has been passed in the case and claim of the petitioner has been rejected. In view of above, this court feels that further proceedings need to be dropped. Rule is, thus, discharged. Petition is hereby dismissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to impugn the speaking order, if so advised.
