Reply by way of affidavit of Ravinder Singh, Managing Director, PEPSU Road Transport Corporation, Patiala has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that petitioner has been reinstated in service. He further submits that in case there are any arrears of salary, same shall be released to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
