(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for violation of the order dated 12.12.2017 vide which the respondents were supposed to hand over the vacant possession on or before 31.07.2018. It is stated that neither the vacant possession was handed over on the said date nor the rent has been paid till date.

The wife of the respondent-Ramesh Kumar @ Kaka is present in Court alongwith her minor children. It is stated by her that the respondent himself is not well but she has brought the keys of the vacant shop with her. Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over keys of the vacant shop to learned counsel for the petitioner who has handed over the same to the petitioner, who is present in Court. It is stated by the petitioner that he will not press for arrears of the rent. In view of the same, the contempt petition is disposed of.
