The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.07.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-PIL-27011-2016.

In compliance of order dated 22.07.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-PIL-27011-2016, short reply by way of affidavit dated 24.02.2026 of Jitendra Jorwal, IAS, Special Secretary, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Punjab, along with Annexure R-1/T & R-2/T, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.
