(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent-management for violation of the order dated 05.03.2010 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 18.01.2012 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Patiala in Lok Adalat proceedings; along with certain other prayers. The claim of the petitioners has been satisfied after filing of the contempt petition, therefore, the contempt proceedings are rendered as infructuous. Further, even the CWP-11444-2015 titled as 'Suresh Kumar Mishra Vs. Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Patiala and another' has been withdrawn by the present petitioner, therefore, no basis is left for proceeding any further with the contempt petition. Dismissed.
