(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 29.09.2016 vide which the impugned order challenged in the Civil Revision No.6509 of 2016 vide which the encroachment in the shape of wall or cattle dung was ordered to be removed, was stayed. Reply has been filed. It is unfolded that the said order was passed on 29.09.2016 whereas the respondents had removed encroachment prior to the said date.

This fact is not disputed.

In this view of the matter, the contempt is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. March 06, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
