JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who retired as Panchayat Officer from the department of Panchayat Samiti Zira, District Ferozepur on 30.6.2009, alleged non-compliance of order dated 10.07.2015 passed by this Court in CWP No.13632 of 2015 directing respondent No.4 to consider his representation and take necessary action within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order qua release of his retiral benefits i.e gratuity and pension etc.

From the perusal of paper book, it appears that on the last date of hearing, none had entered appearance. Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the case. Dismissed in default.
