Mr.Siddharth Sanwaria, DAG, Haryana Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to file reply by way of affidavits on behalf of the respondents. Affidavits are taken on record. According to him as directed by this court representation made by the petitioner has been decided vide Annexure R/1 dated 22.11.2016. He, however, submits that if there is any threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner, he can always approach the authorities. They would take necessary steps if circumstances so warrant.
