*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) In compliance of order passed by this Court on 20.02.2017, learned State counsel has filed affidavit of Mr. P.K. Das, Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana, School Education Department, Chandigarh in the Court and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that order dated 10.03.2017 has been passed and the same is annexed as Annexure R-2 with the affidavit. The petitioner has been promoted to the post of Hindi Lecturer (PGT) w.e.f.06.05.2016.

Since the compliance of the order has been made and the petitioner is satisfied, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
