SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to learned JMIC, Chandigarh to decide the application for cancellation of false and fabricated documents dated 09.04.2024 in case titled "State Vs. Ramesh Asht and Anr (CRM-M-1233-2023) prior to proceeding with the case in FIR No.121 dated 31.03.2016 under Sections 454,380,34 IPC registered at P.S Sector 34, Chandigarh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as well as application filed for placing on record Annexure P.4.

Prayer is accepted.
