Bhardwaj, J.(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 04.11.2019 passed by the trial Court vide which charges were framed under Sections 452, 427 and 506 IPC against respondent No.2 in FIR No.135 dated 30.08.2017 registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Ludhiana. 2.

None appears for the petitioner and the matter pertains to the year 2020. Hence, further wait is not justified. 3.

Accordingly, Ms. Aayushi, Advocate (M-8264318215), who is present in the Court, is nominated as a Legal Aid Counsel to assist this Court on behalf of petitioner.

Legal aid counsel has gone through the Court file and submits that the present petitioner is aggrieved of the charge against the said offences that have been framed by the trial Court in case FIR No.135 dated 30.08.2017 registered under Sections 452, 427, 506 IPC at Police Station SONIA BURA 2025.09.06 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR-78-2020 (O&M) Division No.8 District Ludhiana. The offence punishable under Section 450 IPC was dropped resulting in institution of the present petition. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 contends that the matter has been rendered infructuous since FIR in question already stands quashed by virtue of order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CRM-M-24091-2024 titled as Raj Kumar Beri vs. State of Punjab and another.

Legal aid counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that once the FIR along with all consequential proceedings is ordered to be quashed, there would be no further subsisting grievance.

The Present petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous in view of order dated 16.07.2024 passed in Raj Kumar Beri's case(supra).

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
