*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner, whose land was acquired for construction of Thermal Power Plant, Gobindpura District Mansa in terms of the policy of the Government of Punjab has approached this Court alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.03.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No. 5459 of 2014, which was disposed of on the assurance given by the learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab that after the Parliamentary elections are over, the cases of all the persons, whose land had been acquired, would be considered for appointment in terms of the policy framed by the Government.

Upon notice, reply by way of affidavit dated 04.1.2017 of Varinder Kumar Sharma, DC, Mansa has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 stating that the offer of appointment letter could not be issued to the petitioner since upon verification of the Certificates of the petitioner, the Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Bharat, Gwalior (M.P) vide letter dated 09.10.2014 has

"Hence forth, I certified that Tarsem Singh S/o Shri Balvir Singh 10th class Roll No.562804 En No.282804 and 12th class Roll No.6032115 En. Roll No.3032115 are fake and no Record Found Our Board office. Kindly take an action immediately against him. Because it is a fraud/fake certificate which you have."

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order/remarks.
