On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice.

Grievance of the petitioner is that though the order passed by writ court has been complied with yet consequential benefits have not been granted to him. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that matter shall be examined by the concerned authority. In case it is found that there is merit in the plea of the petitioner, appropriate decision shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than two months.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
