Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to protect life & liberty of petitioner, at the hands of respondent Nos.4 & 5.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to approach the Police Authorities concerned, for redressal of his grievance. 3.
Disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
