**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to transfer the investigation arising out of FIR No.229 dated 12.09.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC registered at Police Station Arya Nagar, District Rohtak. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to avail alternate remedies in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
