*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) CWP 23049/2013 filed by the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 4.5.2016 with directions to the respondents to re-designate her to the post of Professor Biochemistry w.e.f. 23.11.2013 at SHKM (GMC,Nalhar,Mewat) with all consequential benefits In the instant contempt petition, disobedience of said order dated 4.5.2016 has been alleged.

Notice of motion was issued.

On 18.1.2017 learned State counsel had sought time to file reply.

At the time of hearing today, a copy of order dated 29.3.2017 has been produced, which is taken on record. As per said order petitioner has been redesignated as Professor(Bio-Chemistry) in SHKM Medical College,Nalhar,Mewat w.e.f. 23.11.2013 with all consequential benefits.
