Present petition has been filed under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for violation of order dated 11.10.2013 (P-1) passed in CWP No. 22244 of 2013.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that since the above writ petition as filed by petitioner, has already been dismissed as withdrawn; thus present contempt petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.

Rule discharged.
