Learned State counsel submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. The Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Bhiwani has already taken a decision after the case was remanded to him. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy.
