Seeking enhancement of sentence of respondent Nos.1 to 15 appellant has come up before this Court by filing present peƟƟon. 2.

When this Court quesƟons the maintainability of revision peƟƟon for enhancement of sentence, after arguing for some Ɵme, counsel for the appellant submits that he would like to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file an appeal for enhancement of sentence and compensaƟon which is inadequate under SecƟon 413 of BNSS which corresponds to SecƟon 372 of Cr.P.C. He submits that the Ɵme for which the revision peƟƟon was pending should be exempted and the limitaƟon should start from today. 3.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that limitaƟon to file appeal shall start form today itself.
