Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl. A.G. Punjab., who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 04.04.2016, passed by writ court to pass a speaking order. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Instant petition is disposed of, without issuing notice to the respondents, with a direction to respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Mohali, to take a decision on the representation dated 12.08.2015 (Annexure P-5), in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and copy of the order so passed shall be communicated forthwith to the petitioner."

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that in case aforesaid order has not been complied with, immediate steps shall be taken to comply with the same. Needful shall be done within one month. In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
